These are two very important sounds that can really create a difference in your pronuntiation. In Spanish they are interdental (colocamos la punta de la lengua entre nuestros dientes para pronunciarlas), however they are alveolar in English (colocamos la punta de la lengua detrás de los dientes de arriba, truco , aprieta fuerte tus dientes y no dejes que tu lengua salga entre los mismos) Have a look at the video

this sound makes a difference in English. NEVER PRONOUNCE IT AS "B". It is closer to "f". Look at the video and you will see what I mean:
